Other things to note REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of minimum 1000? is required for all the reservations. We will register your deposit and contract in City Hall (Ayuntamiento). Deposit amount depends on the length of your stay and will be calculated. - It will be requested to send ID and residence details prior to arrival in order to prepare contract for your stay - You will have to sign a medium term rental contract with digital signature before arrival. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Utility bills are included up to a maximum of 150? per month. If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay. Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out.
