Spectacular apartment of 100 m2 in regal property recently renovated and furnished with great taste. When you enter this apartment you immediately feel at home, it is very cozy and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The day zone is completely separated from the night area. The two double rooms are located near the entrance of the apartment and both have balconies. The suite has a double bed, large wardrobe and elegant bathroom with two spades and a large shower. The second bedroom has two beds and a large wardrobe too. On the way to the very large living room, we find the second bathroom with shower and access to a washing area with washing machine and dryer. By accessing the spacious living room, we can enjoy the large window overlooking the characteristic courtyard of Barcelona Eixample. Very bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and warm furniture. The kitchen can be open to the living room or closed with a sliding door. The wood that covers the living room furniture makes it very elegant as well as being perfectly equipped with all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, juicer, toaster plus all the necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, are two independent machines for the area day and night. Also there is WiFi and elevator in the building. Our monthly price includes bed linen and towels and also a brief weekly cleaning service with bed linen and towel replacement - Services: * Cleaning Service of common areas: weekly * Bed linen and towels included and replacement - Rental Conditions: * All expenses are included * Contract type: per days (you will only pay for the days you stay in the apartment) * Having guests is allowed (Maximum 5 days) * All pictures are samples.
