There is no private parking, however you will find public parking about 250 metres from the apartment. There is no washing machine. You will find two laundries, both a 10-minute walk away: WOSH on Calle Trafalgar 72 and MERLIN LAVANDERIA on Calle Vigatans 2. This apartment does not have air conditioning, but being an apartment in an old building, it maintains a very pleasant temperature despite the high temperatures in Barcelona. - Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay) - Final cleaning 120 euros - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
