Included in the rent: water, sheets and towels, internet. NOT included in the rent: electricity. Consumption will be paid at the end of the stay. Barceloneta is known as the old fishermen's quarter, and that's why here you will find the best fish restaurants in the city. 100 meters from the apartment you find the sea. Then 200 meters away is the Nautical Club with gymnastics and swimming pools. It is also Barceloneta well known for its sandy beach, it is always full of people and it is highly appreciated by surfers and sports people. Here you can rest from the stress of the city and cool off a bit from the heat. The characteristic of Barceloneta are the narrow streets of semi-detached houses where there are clothes hanging on the balconies. At the end of the main road on Paseo Joan de Borbon you will see a tower - with a panoramic restaurant on the top floor - where you can take the cable car through the Montjuic mountain pass. You will be a 15 minute walk from the Gothic Quarter and its many attractions. It is also a picturesque and quiet walk from Las Ramblas along the water's edge to the famous Columbus statue. This apartment cannot be rented on a daily basis and it is absolutely prohibited to subrent the flat. The people who make the booking and sign the monthly contract are the only people authorized to live in the apartment (except an occasional visit).
