Located on Calle de Godella, in a quiet but well-connected area, you'll have easy access to everything you need, such as public transportation, restaurants, nearby universities, shopping centers, and other important sites in the city. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES: 1. Payment method: Cash or bank transfer. 2. The deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in. 3. An administration fee of ?60 must be paid in cash upon check-in. 4. A maintenance fee of ?60 must be paid in cash one day before check-out. 5. Registration is not permitted. 6. If an invoice is required, tenants must note that we do not cover VAT, which is 10% in Spain. Accommodation taxes are not included. 7. Taxes and fees for credit cards and/or bank transfers are not included. 8. Internet service is the responsibility of the OWNER. The electricity and water bills must be paid to the OWNER upon presentation of the corresponding invoice by the TENANT. 9. Children are not allowed. 10. If more than one guest is staying, an additional charge of ?50 per month will apply for each additional person. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in: Daily from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
