Apartment located on the third floor, for rent as a whole, not by rooms. It has three bright bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. All rooms come with a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and chair. A living-dining area. High-speed WiFi included. All bedsheets will be there when you arrive if you wish but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is aprox 62.-? per room (185.- total). The price of the apartment includes high speed wifi but supplies (electricity and water) are not included, and you will have to do a wire transfer every month of 185.-? for electricity and water. along with the rent. There is no cleaning service included and it is mandatory to get at least nine hours a month, this is 90.-? a month for nine hours, the cleaning lady comes 4,5 hours two times a month and you have to pay her directly (she charges 10.-? the hour). So each student pays her 30.-? a month. During the summer (july and august) you can book the apartment monthly but during the school year the minimum stay is 10 months, from september 1st to june 30th.
