Rent Houses Caniles

New build house for sale, rent, and rent-to-own located in Ventorros de Balerma, in the municipality of Loja (Granada), straddling Granada and Córdoba provinces. This small agricultural hamlet offers all the basic amenities for comfortable living while providing a degree of independence. Those who enjoy water sports, hiking, cycling, etc., will find their ideal home here. With a wooded area and parking, it is located very close to the Iznájar reservoir. The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall, a bedroom with two beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a serving hatch, a porch, and a patio. The upper floor features two bedrooms (one with two beds and the other the master bedroom), a shared full bathroom, a large built-in wardrobe, two terraces, and a utility room with a washing machine and sink. Interior flooring is white Macael marble. Exterior flooring is extruded ceramic tile. The exterior joinery is classic wood with double glazing. Interior joinery is rustic, in the Ronda style, with surface-mounted nails. A real "farmhouse"! Kitchen and appliances: Refrigerator, oven, washing machine, ceramic hob, toaster, as well as all necessary cookware. The village has a school, bakeries, a confectionery shop, and a delicatessen. There's also a health center, a community center, a church, and two small shops. Valdearenas Beach, located on the Iznájar reservoir, offers swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as many other sports activities, camping, and a great beach bar (the "Media Luna" restaurant). It's best to see it for yourself! Ideal as a second home or for renting out as tourist accommodation. We accept applications from people with proof of income, employment contracts, or who are retired, or who have other guarantees that my tax advisor can review. Please note that pets are not allowed. I wanted to let you know that if you decide on a rent-to-own option, we would need to agree on the payment method. The idea is a down payment of €12,000, with the remainder paid in installments of €850, for a period of at least eighteen months, during which all property expenses will be fully covered. The rent paid will be deducted from the €95,000 purchase price. For the remaining balance, you could apply for a mortgage, for example. It's a convenient way to own a home in Andalusia, just twenty minutes from the AVE high-speed train station, near the A92 motorway, and a short distance from Granada and Malaga. That's all. I'll be waiting to hear from you. You can call me anytime! I should also mention that the property can be registered as tourist accommodation if you're interested, as it already has a first occupancy license! You can call me anytime. TM. Best regards, Mr. Casero.
