The idea is a down payment of €12,000, with the remainder paid in installments of €850, for a period of at least eighteen months, during which all property expenses will be fully covered. The rent paid will be deducted from the €95,000 purchase price. For the remaining balance, you could apply for a mortgage, for example. I'll be waiting to hear from you. You can call me anytime! I should also mention that the property can be registered as tourist accommodation if you're interested, as it already has a first occupancy license! You can call me anytime. TM.
