It has been recently renovated and features a communal pool, patio, porch, few neighbors, and a quiet area. The kitchen is furnished (refrigerator and washing machine not included). There is a full bathroom and a separate toilet. It is close to a bus stop and 15 minutes from the airport. I do not respond to WhatsApp messages. Pets are not allowed.
