Its east-facing orientation ensures cool nights, ideal for stargazing. Upon entering the house, you'll find a dining room with a fireplace. A small hallway leads to the rest of the house, which includes three double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. From the kitchen you can access the outdoor area of the house, ideal for cycling and hiking, in a quiet urbanization with neighbors who live there all year round.

Outside, we have a basketball court for our children to play with their friends, a swimming pool with a filtration system and mosaic tiles, and a sun deck area for sunbathing.
