El baño está situado al lado del dormitorio, compuesto por ducha, bidet, váter, lavabo con espejo y estanterías para guardar cosas. Es un piso moderno y estupendo para vivir agradablemente solo o como pareja. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 30,00 ? que incluye la comunidad e Internet.
